The judges unanimously declared Snapp CV the winner in their quest to find “something different”, and they said they found it in “this pioneering set of digital recruitment tools”. The stand-out tool for the panel was the Amazon Alexa ‘Find me a job’ voice-enabled, mobile job board.

“It truly is a recruitment solution for the incoming generation and one which gives employers a massive global talent pool to reach out to,” the judges said. “It’s intuitive and inclusive, reaching people from all backgrounds.”

Apparently, a number of big-name employers are already using it, despite its age of only two years.

“It feels like a product that is making an impact today but also has masses of potential for the future,” the judges said.
