Established in 2002, the Recruiter Awards gala is the UK’s largest event for the entire recruitment community recognising outstanding achievements by agencies and in-house recruiters. Achievements in recruitment marketing and technology also are spotlighted on the night.

The Recruiter Awards are open to entries from the entire recruitment community: in-house recruiters, recruitment outsourcing firms, recruitment advertising agencies, recruitment agencies, consultancies, and suppliers to the recruitment industry profession.

Please note that all Agency entrants will be required to submit financial information upon entry.

The Recruiter Awards are the most widely recognised and celebrated Awards in the industry.  The Awards are featured in Recruiter magazine and promoted across a range of other media including Twitter, the Awards website, the Programme (given to all guests on the night) and much more.  We provide shortlist and winners logos for you to promote your win, and winners receive the coveted Recruiter trophy on the night.  But there are many other reasons to enter:

Entry tips for Recruiter Awards from our judges:

  • Please ensure that you read the How to Enter and the Terms and Conditions of Entry sections before completing the relevant Category Entry.
  • Form/s:  Once completed, the Category Entry Forms should be uploaded during the online entry process.
  • The word counts are simply a guideline, but please ensure that your entries are as concise as possible by, using bullet points if possible.
  • If you are entering multiple categories please complete the relevant Entry Form for each, ensuring that you have tailored the entry specifically to each category.
  • Please ensure you pay particular attention to all compulsory questions, in order for your entry to be accepted for judging.
  • Unless otherwise specified, achievements outlined in the entries should have occurred between October 2022 and 31 December 2023.
  • The judging will aim to recognise organisations and individuals who add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships, and not those who simply provide a solid professional service.
  • Judges will be looking for innovation and profitability.

Each entry will be judged on the information provided in the Category Entry Form and on the financial and company information supplied during the online entry process.

The judges will be looking for proof that you have produced an award-winning entry.

Entrants into the Internal Recruitment Awards will be judged against criteria including Effectiveness; Quality of Service; Innovation etc.

External agencies will be measured against four key main criteria: Quality of Service; Innovation; Profitability and Financial Stability.

The judging will aim to recognise organisations who add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships.

Entries will be viewed by the individual judges assigned to the specific category.

Each entry will be judged on the information provided in the Category Entry Form and on the financial and company information supplied during the online entry process. Entries which have not been correctly submitted through our online system will be rejected. Please see How to Enter and the Terms and Conditions of Entry details.

The judging panel will meet in June, after which the shortlist will be published in Recruiter magazine and on the Awards website, and all entrants will be individually contacted. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges selected by Recruiter editor, DeeDee Doke. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Please ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions of Entry prior to submitting your entry/ies.

Each category has a different Category Entry Form which can be downloaded from the Categories Page. Please complete the relevant form for each entry you submit, ensuring you have tailored the entry specifically to the category.

To start your online entry, click on the Enter Now button which will take you through the form step-by-step. You will be asked to fill in your company details, select the category/ies you wish to enter and to upload your filled in entry forms and any supporting documents you wish to add.

You will then proceed to the payment stage. Payment for entries must have cleared by 17 April 2024 in order for entries to be judged.

On completion of the entry process you will receive an email confirming that we have received your entry. Please note the reference number which will appear on this confirmation email, for use on any further correspondence.

Awards Ceremony

The Awards Ceremony will be taking place on Thursday 26 September 2024 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, 86-90 Park Ln, London W1K 7TN.

All entering agencies verify that their companies have been in business under their current names precisely and have not been involved in insolvency proceedings (for instance pre-package arrangements) within the last two years. Further, agencies must verify that they have not lost or had any licences removed (e.g. Gangmaster Licensing Authority), been convicted in courts of law/tribunals for malpractice or poor treatment of employees, or been subjected to penalties/disciplinary action by a government organisation or a trade body for practices related to agency operation, between October 2022 and time of entry.

These Awards are open to any recruitment businesses that have been in operation since at least 30 June 2020. Excluding Best New Agency, this is open to any recruitment business that started trading no earlier than 1 July 2020.

To enter for sector specific categories (‘External’ awards), a significant proportion of your business must be derived from that sector – either at least 25% revenue must come from it or no fewer than 20 staff must be responsible for it.

Entries will not be accepted for judging unless you have entered via the online entry process, the requested financial and company information has been supplied, the correct entry template has been uploaded and, where requested, a supporting testimonial or reference has been provided.

Companies may enter into more than one category as appropriate, but an entry fee must be paid for each category entered.

The judges reserve the right to re-categorise entries if they think another category would be more suitable. However, they cannot be expected to routinely re-categorise incorrectly entered submissions.

Please note that if your entry is shortlisted the information in your written submission may be used at the Awards ceremony and included in any supporting materials for the Awards, such as the winners' write up online or in Recruiter magazine.

Sponsors are not permitted to enter the category which they are sponsoring.

Payments for entries must have cleared by 17 April 2024 in order for entries to be judged.

Entries may be withdrawn for any reason up until 5.30pm on 17 April 2024.  However, the entry fee is not refundable. To withdraw an entry, please email [email protected]

Redactive Events are not responsible for retaining any supporting material, unless the entrant specifically requests this by email before 5.30pm on 17 April 2024.

Entries will not be returned.

Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at the JW Marriott, Grosvenor House Hotel, London on Thursday 26 September 2024.

The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered in to regarding them.
