  • The company’s online careers hub is a tech platform designed to enhance the employability and career skills of individuals. Tools available include an intuitive CV review system scoring CVs against 50+ checks and interview and assessment centre training. The careers hub was implemented with Co-operative Group to help improve career prospects with unsuccessful candidates and people affected by redundancies.

Judges noted the effect that the Resourcing Effectiveness Assessment among other measures had on improving many hiring metrics. “Omni recognised the competition for skills addressing the range of methods used, upskilling hiring managers, working to remove bias and increase candidate engagement. This together with targets to improve diversity helped to bring down time-to-hire substantially.”
