15. Best International Recruitment Agency

Open to all recruitment firms providing outstanding service through recruitment solutions to at least two countries outside the UK and Ireland (This includes the Republic of Ireland as it is often considered within the same territory as the UK by global and international firms). A significant proportion of your business must be derived from this activity: at least 25% of revenue must come from it or no fewer than 20 staff must be responsible for it.

The judges will aim to recognise agencies that add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships, not those who simply provide a solid professional service. They will also be looking for innovation, market insight and profitability.

Entrant companies will have been in business and started trading no later than 1 January 2014. Achievements outlined in the entries should have occurred between October 2016 and October 2017.
