The judges commented on the company’s “excellent local knowledge across all regions”, saying “Clearly, this has helped its clients expand globally even during a pandemic and all of the cross-border issues this brought.”

The judges said the company “puts growth of its own global footprint down to listening to the needs of its clients and where they want to grow local teams”. Also impressive was the strong presence on social media and global data bases, the judges commented.

Financially, First Point performed well also, increasing net profits by $1.5m and winning a large number of new clients.

The testimonials and case studies proved “real dedication to candidates, contractors, clients and sector”, the judges said, “never shying away from extremely tough challenges”.
