A global recruitment agency built on recruitment process intelligence, Solutions Group works with STEM companies in 59 countries, blending recruitment data and insights with close candidate and client engagement.

The judges found this to be a very competitive category. Sector focus was evident and candidate support and solutions were central to many entries.

However, the judges felt that Solutions Driven demonstrated a very strong entry with multiple best practice examples of client and candidate support. One example is of a US-based client wanting to establish a headquarters in Barcelona, Spain, to grow its European presence, but with the 40 roles requiring multiple languages in addition to Spanish.

Solutions Driven also went above and beyond to help individual candidates in difficult circumstances, especially with the different travel restrictions introduced by multiple countries during the global pandemic.
