In what the judges said was “a highly competitive field”, Greystone impressed with a strongly candidate-centric approach to their business model. The judges explained: “They rarely focus on vacancies, but are talented-focused, coaching members how to get the best out of their current positions.”
The approach has led to a 14% increase in candidate referrals, generating significant revenue. On the average, 76% of their placements have been with their hirers for over five years, proving that their approach works. “Well done!” the judges said.
Judges’ note: “This was the most difficult categories for the panel to judge due to both the quality and the closeness of the entries.”
