The company achieved many successes between 2022-23 in providing comprehensive financial support services for recruitment agencies that include but are not limited to contractor payroll, bookkeeping, credit control, board packs, financial director attendance and statutory reporting. 

Azuki’s most significant achievements during the time period were developing a comprehensive Board pack with financial and non-financial key performance indicators to analyse business performance and support business strategy; steering clients through tough economic climates including assistance with refinancing for cash flow and completing an employee ownership trust; taking on the Association of Professional Staffing Companies’ Accountancy Helpdesk and offering free advice; supporting a client’s management buy-out; implementing RSM InTime integration with Bullhorn for a client with 150 contracts; and increasing staff size from nine to 13.
