The B Corp-certified business Trinnovo describes itself as “a community-led recruitment and advisory specialist on a mission to build diversity, create inclusion, and encourage workplace innovation. Through our community groups, we create access to diverse, historically underserved candidate demographics, enabling us to improve representation in the tech and finance industries … This lets us provide safe and supportive spaces for marginalised job seekers to share ideas, make connections, uncover career opportunities and learn from industry experts.”

An example of Trinnovo’s achievements was supporting a client that sought agency help in diversifying their workforce. For a particular recruitment, Trinnovo leveraged its community talent networks to shortlist 20 qualified, diverse, culture-add candidates. After screening, the shortlist was narrowed to 15 people – 20% from White British backgrounds and 80% from minority ethnic backgrounds. Of the 15 CVs sent over, three final offers and one final interview, resulting in a placement inside four weeks with an option to hire three more key roles in the following quarter.
