Awarded to an outsourced recruitment organisation for achieving outstanding success for its client(s) in conceiving, developing and implementing a cohesive recruitment/talent management strategy or strategies.
The winning entry will demonstrate its own financial stability, profitability and business innovation, as well as how it enhanced the client(s)’s employer brand and played a significant role in helping the client(s) reach and exceed its goals. It will also provide evidence of significant added value to the partnership.
Entrant will have been in business and started trading no later than 1 January 2014. Achievements will have occurred between October 2016 and October 2017.
