This category identifies outstanding compliance, effectiveness and responsiveness, market insight, innovation and service by recruitment firms or umbrella companies in providing exemplary care, compliance adherence and treatment of contractors working in any industry sector.

The judges will aim to recognise consultancies and/or umbrella firms who add outstanding value to their business partnerships and contractor relationships through attention to detail, ensuring that contractors working with them have the fullest and most up-to-date information about their tax affairs and tax requirements.

Entrants will have been in business and started trading no later than 30 June 2020. Achievements outlined in the entries should have occurred between October 2022 and 31 December 2023.

Awarded to the organisation achieving the most stand-out accomplishment/s of the year in recruitment–related technology innovation. Elements of such accomplishments might include but are not limited to sourcing candidates, improving the quality of hire, increasing recruiters’ or recruitment support staff efficiency, optimising return on investment in recruitment and increasing and/or better targeting candidate reach. Judges will be looking for examples of product effectiveness, creativity, market insight, potential sustainably and financial viability.

Achievements will have occurred between October 2022 and 31 December 2023. Please show evidence of financial viability: investment, funding, revenues, debt.
