A team of 15 marketing specialists operates an agency-style model with specialists covering insights, attraction, strategy, retention, experience, social, digital, content and technology. 

The primary campaign in the relevant period was to drive attraction and brand awareness for Pulse Nursing among agency nurses across key regions, combining digital, radio and out-of-home media such as billboards, bus stops and petrol nozzles. Its business-as-usual marketing activity across Pulse Nursing generated the following results: nearly 29,000 candidate leads, representing an 83% increase year-on-year, of whom nearly 4,500 were deemed ‘high quality’ by recruiters; reduced cost per lead by 53% and cost per quality lead by 36% against the previous year; nearly £740k in new revenue generated; and achieved return on investment of 546% from a spend of £115k on attraction activity for Pulse Nursing.
