The company offers a recruitment platform, Executive Intelligence, that is designed to bring clarity to clients around their hiring plans and growth goals through leveraging candidate video introductions, job fit analysis, key competency-based questions and psychometric assessments. It is available around the clock seven days a week and accessible on any device. 

It also has created a RaaS service, a subscription-based model that combines technology, automation, candidate analysis and recruiting expertise to provide industry talent at a fixed monthly cost. This includes job credits over a year on a subscription service. On the off-chance a candidate does not work out, the company returns a job credit for a free replacement. Also, on Executive Integrity’s basic plan, clients receive a 110% rebate when a candidate does not work out within eight weeks, as well as receiving a free candidate replacement.
