Operating across 12 global offices with a diverse staff fluent in 20 languages, VHR has achieved significant successes filling difficult vacancies, providing innovative client and candidate care, and creating long-term solutions in training and recruitment. 

One example is VHR’s work with a helicopter company in Saudi Arabia. Filling the 120 permanent positions across a variety of different aircraft models posed major challenges because of the location, the scarcity of skills and a restricted age limit for visas in the kingdom. An on-site VHR representative with 10 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia and tailored project management software were deployed to expedite the interview process and to facilitate onboarding. A team of three recruiters, helped by AI software, screened over 1,100 potential candidates, shortlisting 605 candidates through a two-stage interview process across various time zones.

Another achievement was the launch of a suite of online aviation training courses certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency. The courses generated £112k in direct revenue but also facilitated indirect revenue streams, amounting to an additional £34k through placements of personnel who came to VHR through the training offering.
