These offerings are delivered by VHR’s on-site coordinators based on its clients’ sites and supported by VHR’s UAE office support staff as well as online portal and digital channels. Contractors receive initial and continuous free training both practical and through an online portal to increase skill levels and dedicated support.

The VHR Contractor Care offering has resulted in increased contractor satisfaction, retention and loyalty, which in turn has meant a reduction in contractor turnover and led to increases in 2022-23 financial results such as a 65% increase in turnover and a 269% increase in profit before tax. VHR’s care of its contractors has also increased VHR’s repeat business from 82% in 2021-22 to 86% in 2022-23.
