Stevan Rolls is a Partner in the UK firm and now leads the workforce quality, capability & agility centre of expertise in the Global Talent Team. In this role he is responsible for talent quality & capability standards, workforce planning & analytics, strategic mobility, recruitment and open talent solutions.
Stevan is particularly interested in how we can create and apply market leading innovation in talent to enable our strategy and deliver an exceptional experience of Deloitte to our people and clients.
Prior to Joining Deloitte Stevan worked as a consultant and in industry for Ford Motor Company. Over an 18 year period Stevan has occupied various HR and Talent roles within professional services. For the last 8 years he has been the UK Head of HR for Deloitte, and was responsible for working across both the strategic and operational agendas for the firm. During his time in the role Stevan oversaw various significant evolutions to the model including: HR transformation, recruitment process outsourcing, reengineering of performance management and the UK’s participation in Deloitte University as well as numerous other projects and acquisitions. Over the past 4 years Stevan has also occupied the role of Talent Partner for Internal Client Services and for the last 2 years has co-Chaired the EMEA talent council. In these positions he has taken a leading role in promoting the New Global Performance Management experience in EMEA and has lead the UK pilot of the same. As part of his UK and EMEA roles, Stevan, has also been an active member of the Executive Member Firm Talent Council.
Originally training and working as a chartered occupational psychologist, Stevan has MSc and PhD degrees in applied psychology from Cranfield University.
Outside of work Stevan spends time with his family, writes and records music, races motorcycles, is a keen cyclist and has a second dan black belt in Shotokan Karate.
