Tom’s experience includes a 5 year spell as a partner of an entrepreneurial start-up recruitment technology solutions business designing and implementing talent solutions; a business that still thrives today with global clients.
Experienced in design and build of employer brand and talent acquisition strategy across global platforms including; direct sourcing, technology evolution and implementation, volume recruitment, selection techniques & methodology to align to competency framework, employment brand design and activation, workforce planning, graduate recruitment, global Talent mobility and redeployment, recruitment policy, operational build of global recruitment teams. Tom has a deep knowledge of insourcing and outsourcing strategies with RPO and talent sourcing teams/suppliers. The world of data analytics is second nature to Tom, a graduate engineer and mathematician at heart.
Latterly I have globally lead recruitment programmes as part of HR transformation and enjoy working with executive, divisional managers and senior leaders.
