14. Best Engineering Recruitment Agency

Open to all recruitment firms providing outstanding service through recruitment solutions to the Engineering sector (i.e. aerospace & avionics, automotive, chemical, civil, electrical, infrastructure, manufacturing, mechanical, structural, test and others). A significant proportion of your business must be derived from this sector: at least 25% of revenue must come from it, or no fewer than 20 staff must be responsible for it.

The judging will aim to recognise agencies that add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships, not those who simply provide a solid professional service. They will also be looking for market insight, innovation and profitability.

Entrants will have been in business and started trading no later than 1 January 2014. Achievements outlined in the entries should have occurred between October 2016 and October 2017.
