This category identifies outstanding innovation by an employer’s staff (directly employed) recruitment team and recognises outstanding creativity, innovation and effectiveness in providing an inclusive, seamless, user-friendly, role relevant and responsive application process for candidates. It may also include developing and executing an effective onboarding strategy for new recruits that has led to the achievement of strategic business goals.
Achievements outlined in the entries should have occurred between October 2015 and October 2016.
